At Emblemsoft we believe in offering the widest range of services to our candidates. We will provide each candidate with a personal service and assist in any way possible with regards to finding the position required.
With its anglo-saxon culture, Emblemsoft is a very convivial and flexible company. We propose various types of collaboration in order to satisfy our candidates and consultants expectations:
Contract positions: Usually long-term assignments for freelance consultants. Initial duration is usually 6 month with the possibility to be renewed several times.
Sub-contract positions: Similar as contract positions but for consultants who wants to remain permanent employees. A permanent contract is signed with Emblemsoft and the consultant is detached to the client. This is also called technical assistance.
Permanent positions: Consultants are employed directly by the client
We believe in having contact with our candidates as much as we do with our clients. When you accept a permanent, contract or sub-contract position, we will keep in touch with both you and your employer to ensure that your expectations are met, and that you are happy in your new position. If problems do occur then we will rectify them as quickly as possible.
In order to anticipate any issue, we organise quarterly follow-up meetings with both you and your direct manager. These meetings allow both parts to discuss the different aspects of the role (technical, team integration, achievements, future tasks…) and to rectify any potential issues before they arise.
