Introduction:

French subsidiary of a top 10 semiconductor group, our client is a young and rapidly growing company designing solutions for mobile applications and is looking for a RF / Analog CMOS engineer to take part in an innovative project using sub-micron CMOS technology. The project involves RF system work, RF & Analog design, high-speed digital design, RF reference design development and design & system test.

Description:

You will be responsible for the specification, design, test & validation of high performance and innovative RF / CMOS Analog blocks in advanced sub-micron technology.

According to your experience and expertise, you will technically drive the development of other designers.

Skills:

• Expertise in RF/Analog sub-micron CMOS design
• Proven experience in designs in production (Mixers, RF VGA, VCO, FracN PLL, DAC, Analog Filters…), preferably in 2G and 3G standards
• Knowledge of CAD Tools and industry-standard methodology
• Layout experience
• Knowledge of digital signal processing technique is a plus
• Knowledge of RF systems is a plus
• Knowledge of GSM / UMTS standards is a plus

Degree: Microelectronics pr Electronics degree

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Languages: English mandatory, French is a plus
