Introduction:

· Department: IC design

• Mission: Define the architecture of 2G/3G system on chip in accordance to the mobile phone development program

Description:

• Responsible for architecting highly integrated 2G/3G baseband IC
• Interact with the marketing department to define key features and market trends.
• Produce functional specification used by the design team for IC implementation.
• Act as the technical focal point and interact daily with the design and software teams to ensure system requirements
• Analyse and incorporate key technologies to get significant product competitive advantage

Skills:

• Clear overall view of wireless communication protocols and embedded devices
• More than 5 years in IC design and SOC architecture
• In-depth knowledge in the following areas:

· CPU and DSP architectures

· System performance simulation and analysis

· Mobile handset architecture

· I/O peripherals, multimedia devices and memory interface

· Integrated circuits design flow

Degree: Microelectronics or equivalent Engineering degree / Master

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Languages: English mandatory, French is much appreciated
