Introduction:

This job relates to a position within Mobile Integrated Solutions department, which is part of oour client’s mobile phone business unit. The team is responsible for developing mixed-signal solutions for next generation wireless and mobile applications.

Description:

Working as part of the digital design team within the Mixed-Signal Group the sub-contractor candidate will be responsible for the simulation and verification of digital sub-modules.

Our client is looking for a strong RTL designer and verification engineer who has the experience to define and create a verification environment for an rtl module and then implement and execute a full test plan to fully verify the required functionality.

The candidate will be the primary verification resource for the module so they must be extremely self-motivated and driven without needing significant support. They must also have the skill set to complete the entire verification task from start to finish by themselves. In addition RTL coding skills are needed to support the ongoing design as needed.

Skills:

· ASIC/SOC Design Flows with experience in vhdl coding and module verification

· Current EDA Tools experience especially Mentor Modelsim and Specman

· Scripting and tool languages particularly tcl and perl

• Autonomy to own and execute the assigned tasks

Degree: Microelectronics degree or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years

Languages: English mandatory, French is a plus
