Introduction:
The team provides worldwide services to its
customers to support & speed-up their mobile phone platform development.
For each customer, it consists in an integrated project team dedicated to
support, customize, and adapt the native wireless system chipset solution (including
chipset, SW layers from L1 to applications and eventually reference design) to
the customer requirements. The system engineer has knowledge that cuts across
all of the technologies used in the chipset solution, but he is also
specialized in one of the system area.
To enforce its pool of Layer1 competencies
inside team’s Modem System
Layer1 core competency, we are looking for a MCU Layer1 integration engineer.
Description:
·
Customer
SW delivery packages including L1 MCU and L1 DSP for GSM/GPRS/EDGE and GSM/GPRS
platforms
·
Reference
design board management (materials, SW flash, configuration board, ETM, PCO)
·
Execution
of non-regression test in lab (Modem equipments: CMU200, Anite, CRTU, ..)

Assist
in initial analysis with development team
Skills:
·
Embedded SW education
·
Basic
GSM/GPRS/EDGE standard knowledge for low layers
·
Lab
testing with RF equipment (CMU200, Anite, CRTU, ...)
·
Customer communication skills
·
Abilities
to understand and control SW code
·
Real Time Operating System
experience
·
SW configuration management
Degree: Microelectronics,
Sofwtare or equivalent Engineering degree / Master
Languages: English mandatory,
French is a plus
