Introduction:

The CCD/DSA digital system design team is involved in high complexity and high performance SoC chips design in the mobile baseband area.

Description:

Within the SoC DFT Paris team, the subcontractor will act as DFT engineer, being involved in the DFT features integration in RTL SoCs as well as in the DFT tools usage on SoCs.

Contacts with other teams like SoC Integration, Verification and Test Engineering teams are also part of the activity, as well as collaboration with other client locations and direct links with the customer

Skills:

· Knowledge of the DFT techniques and tools (Traditional and Compression scan, Memory Bist, JTAG, DFT functional verifications, ATPG).

· Knowledge in RTL languages (Verilog, VHDL)

· Knowledge in scripting languages (Perl, TCL)

· Digital Electronics, Simulation tools, IC Overall Design Process, Behavioral Description (VHDL), Schematic Generation/Synthesis.

· Strong team work and good communication

Degree: Microelectronics, Sofwtare or equivalent Engineering degree / Master

Experience: Minimum 0-2 years

Languages: English mandatory, French is a plus
