Our Recruitment Process

As a group, we are privileged to have good relationships with all of our clients. We possess a first rate understanding of the marketplace and a broad knowledge of the technology, thus enabling us to accommodate all of our client’s requirements.

We use all means available for our candidate sourcing including the group’s comprehensive centralised database, specialist recruitment websites (Monster, Jobsite, Planet recruit), employment agencies (APEC), and professional networks (Viadeo, Linked In). We also encourage our consultants to participate in the development of the company with a co-optation policy (Finder’s fee).

For each clients’ requirement, we search for the best match in terms of technical skills and competences and also in terms of personal skills such as communication and ability to work in a team. Therefore we make sure that the candidate matches the job requirements and conforms to the client’s general employment policies.

For each placement, we do not only provide our clients with the manpower, but we also assist them in their assignments with monthly internal meetings and quarterly follow-up meetings involving both the consultant and their manager.

Consultants from abroad or from other French cities are helped with practical relocation issues, thus helping the employee in the transition of working in a new area; dealing with all associated paperwork and securing residence near the client’s office.
